Quality

All our products have passed the corresponding analysis specialy MEA test when indicated away others.

Packaging

Products will be packed as appropriate for safe arrival with dry ice or cold packaging only if necessary.

Delivery

Products ordered are usually shipped within 48 hours alter receipt of the order. Orders are shipped by DHL, FedEX or UPS. When shipments are made near a weekend or holiday, we delay the shiment to the next Monday.

Payment

We accept payment through bank transfer in Euro. The invoice number should be stated on the payment notice.

Custom charges, bank charges and VAT are not included. Terms of payment are according to agreement. Delay in payment will cause denial of further order placements.
